Communiqué – On May 28, 2022, at about 5:45 p.m., officers responded to reports that a man had been struck by his own vehicle while standing outside in a private driveway on Pearl Road in Champlain Township.

Michel TITLEY, 64 years old, from Alfred-Plantagenet Township, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The investigation continues with assistance from the OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) and Reconstructionist.
